Smith, Shirley Louise

Shirley Louise Smith, age 58 of Rosholt, died Saturday, August 24th, 2013. Shirley was born in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin on April 3, 1955, the daughter of the late Harold and Elaine (Freund) Pritchard. Shirley married Gene Smith on September 15, 1973 in Beaver Dam. Shirley worked at McCain Foods for over 30 years. She enjoyed making quilts for family members, sewing, camping and going to the casino. She also liked to spend time with her grandchildren and attending their school activities. She is survived by her Husband: Gene Smith of Rosholt; Children: Scott (Nicole) Smith of De Pere, Jacki Blair of Chesapeake, VA. Paul (Becky) Smith of De Pere, Tyler Smith of Rosholt; Grandchildren: Rachel Smith, Dominique Blair, William Blair, Kahlan Smith, Brothers: Charlie (Pam) Pritchard of Fall River, Richard Pritchard of Beaver Dam, John Pritchard of Allenton; Sisters: Dianne (Ed) Surprise of Beaver Dam, Debbie Gossen of Atheistane, WI; Brother in law: Cliff Kickert of Waupun; Mother in law: Lorraine Smith of Kewaunee. Shirley is also survived by Brothers in law and Sisters in law along with other relatives and friends. Shirley was preceded in death by a Sister: Loretta Kickert and Sister in law: Audrey Pritchard and Father in law: Roland Smith.

A Memorial Service will be held at Faith Lutheran Church in Rosholt at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 30th, with Reverend Michael Peuse officiating. Visitation will be held Friday 9-11 AM. at Faith Lutheran Church. The family would like to thank Glenda Smith and Ann Fletcher for the excellent and compassionate care that was provided to the family during Shirley's illness. Thank You.
