LA GRANGE - Barbara Council Howington, 75, died Friday, Sept. 21, 2012. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 23, at Rouse Funeral Home. Survivors include her children, Michael Lee Draughon of Georgia, Kelly Denise Davis and Reid Madison Howington of La Grange, David Ray Howington and Kevin Wayne Howington of Kinston; brother Carl Council of Raleigh; five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
