KINSTON - Dorothy Oglesby Dunbar, 79, of Kinston passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2012, at Vidant Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Elizabeth, Frances, Irene and Lucille; and son, Mark Dunbar. She was a member of Kinston First Pentecostal Holiness Church. Dorothy is survived by her son, Donald Martin Dunbar of Hubert; brother Pete Oglesby of the home; grandson Chris Edwards; nieces and nephews, Woody Scott and Pat Armatys of Clinton, William F. Hill and wife Linda, and Foye O. Hill and wife Patsy, all of Kinston, Susan Uzzell and husband Taylor, of Holly Springs, Linda Pickard and husband Mike, of Pinehurst and Danny Sinclair and wife Alice, of Memphis Tenn.; and several great-nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at Kinston First Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Reverend Willis Pearson and Brian Rogers officiating.
