MAYSVILLE - Jennie Howell Moore, 79, died Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2012, at UNC Memorial Hospital in Chapel Hill. The funeral will he held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Sayland Funeral Home in Maysville with the Rev. Bryan Lassiter officiating. Burial will follow in Dogwood Memorial Cemetery. Survivors include daughters, Diane Moore, Kathy Moore and Jeannette Moore, all of Richlands, Carolyn Moore of Snow Hill; son Melvin Moore of Maysville; brothers William H. Howell of Laurel Springs, and Bobby Taylor of Hookerton; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held form 7-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home and at other times at the home of Jeanette Moore in Richlands.
