KINSTON - Linda Carol Edmondson, 65, of 2915 Pauls Path Road, Kinston, died Friday, May 25, 2012, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 31, 2012, at Taylor's Chapel F.W.B. Church in La Grange with Pastor James Lewis presiding and the Rev. Carla Atkins, eulogist. Interment will follow in the LaGrange Cemetery. Survivors include six nieces, Madie Marie Moore, Vickie Lovick, Vallarie Hill, Velma Edmondson, the Rev. Carla Atkins and Jennifer Isler, all of Kinston; two nephews, Johnnie James Edmondson of Charlotte and Anthony Isler of Plainfield, N.J.; along with several grand-nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at Loftin Funeral Home and will resume one hour prior to the service Thursday at the church.
