LA GRANGE - Russell Craig Capps, 64, died Tuesday, June 26, 2012. A service of remembrance will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 28 in Rouse Funeral Home of La Grange with Rev. Jerry Mitchell officiating. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday June 29 in Fairview Cemetery of La Grange. Survivors include his wife, Debbie Vinson Capps; sons Scott Capps and Steven Capps, both of Goldsboro; mother Marjorie Smith Hensley of Goldsboro; brother Bill Capps of Raleigh and sister Francine Capps of Virginia. The family will receive friends Thursday following the service and at other times they will be at the home of Mrs. Norma Ann Vinson, 1689 Piney Grove Road, La Grange.
