KINSTON - Shirley Drake Fisher, 51, of 202 S. McDaniel St. died Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept.13, at the House of Hope Church with the Rev. John Larry officiating. Burial will follow in the Southview Cemetery. Survivors include her mother, Ruby Drake of Kinston; husband Darell Fisher of New York; daughter April Drake of Kinston; brothers Louis Drake and Eddie Drake of Kinston; sisters Betty Plymouth, Juanita Larry, Dorothy Golden, and Doris Wellington, all of Kinston, Carrie Gallaway of South Carolina; five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
