BEULAVILLE - Thomas Murray Blaylock, 78, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012, at home. The funeral will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, followed by visitation at Community Funeral Home of Beulaville. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 6, at East Duplin Memorial Gardens in Beulaville. Survivors include his wife, Hazeline Blaylock, of Beulaville; daughters Charmaine Shokes of Louisiana, and Glenda Cannon of Jacksonville; sons Dean Parker, Daryl Parker and Wayne Parker, all of Jacksonville; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
