KINSTON - Isaac Palmer Sugg Jr., 85, died August 24, 2014, He was born in Kinston on August 3, 1929 and was the son of Isaac Palmer Sugg and Mildred Taylor Sugg. He attended public schools in Kinston and was a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He returned to Kinston and was a long-time employee of DuBose Construction Company and Electricon, Inc. He was a life-time member of First Presbyterian Church. A Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, August 26, 2014, at the First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Dr. Wanda Neely leading the service. A private burial will be held at Maplewood Cemetery. Survivors include a twin sister, Mickey Sugg Mullikin and husband Thomas Mullikin of Swansboro, and a brother, Herbert Sugg and wife Jone Long Sugg of Kinston. He is also survived by a niece and four nephews. The family will receive friends after the service and other times at the home of Jone and Herbert Sugg.
