Robert Mattress Obituary
Knoxville, TN
Robert L. Mattress (Bobby Shine), age 65 of Knoxville departed this life on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at Ft. Sanders Regional. Robert was a long time employee of KCDC and The University of Tennessee Housing.
Preceded in death by his father, James Mattress, Sr. Survivors mother, Mary Mattress; children, Shelia (Evan) Hooker, Franchaska, Sadie and Sylvena Mattress; brother, Leon Mattress; sisters, Vera and Mary Mattress; wife, Patricia Mattress; devoted friend Wanda McBath; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 8, 2015 from 5:00 – 6:00 with services to follow at 6:00p.m. at Unity Mortuary Chapel with Reverend Sanford Miller officiating.
