THOMAS, WESLEY LLOYD (WES) - age 81, of Knoxville, formerly of Exeter, New Hampshire, and Puyallup, Washington, passed away Thursday afternoon, October 24, 2013, at his home with his three children, Jenn, Mark and Sue, caregiver, Trisha Allen, and family friends by his side. Wes was a graduate of Sumner High School and Northeastern University. Mr. Thomas was a veteran of the US Navy in the Korean War. He was a computer engineer with Honeywell for twenty years. He also was a real estate entrepreneur for many years. In retirement, Wes worked at Seabrook Dog Track in Seabrook New Hampshire. In Exeter, New Hampshire, he was active politically with the Town Planning Board, the 1776 - 1976 Bi-Centennial Committee, the Historic District Commission and was past president of the Exeter Rotary Club. Wes was preceded in death by his parents, Burno Roy Thomas and Virgie Landaker Thomas; sister, Thelma Kemble; brother, Roy Thomas; nephews, Dennis and Michael Kemble; niece, Sarah Watson Forney. He is survived by his children, Jenn Thomas-Domoracki of Knoxville, Mark Thomas of Hampton, New Hampshire, Susanna Ruelas of Raymond, New Hampshire; grandchildren, Sarah Domoracki, Michael Domoracki both of Knoxville; mother of his children, Sarah (Liz) Barker Thomas of Knoxville; nephews, Craig Kemble and Bill Watson; nieces, Sarah (Beth) Barker and Martha Kramer. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday followed by a celebration of life at 3:00 p.m. at the Click Funeral Home Middlebrook Chapel.
