“I don't know what to say.” “I can't imagine what Helen is going through with out you.” The sudden death of a loved one is so hard to bear because it's such a shock to all of us. There is no time to prepare, to deal with unfinished business or to even say goodbye.
Jack, You were like a father to me...
I will never forget the times, the talks, driving by and seeing you in the yard and stopping just to say hi and see how you were doing. helping you with the fences and cows.
I miss you Jack you were a great friend to me.
You and Helen have helped me through some tough times in my life. This loss will be felt forever in my heart.
My prayers are with you and Helen.
Life is just a journey though yous is done, you will live on in people's hearts forever

He was quite a character. Everyone that knew this man loved him. He was so vibrant up until the very end. He loved the land and all the creatures who shared it with him. I will remember his zest for life more than anything. He was adored and will be missed.
