Lola Cates Obituary

CATES, LOLA MAE - age 54, passed away January 13, 2011. Preceded in death by parents, George and Marie Brabson; son, Tavorres Delsalvio Weston, Sr. Survivors to include grandsons: Tavorres Weston, Jr. and Jaquan Weston; brothers, George Brabson, Jr., Carl Brabson, Richard (Vickie) Brabson; sisters, Sandra Boya, Bonita (Billy) Henegar, Katrina Merchant; devoted nieces: Etholia Brabson and Sekinna Merchant; special friends to include Michele Winston, Marcella Wolfe and Vanisha Weston and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and the Mount Olive Baptist Church family. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. with the funeral service to follow at Mount Olive Baptist Church. Rev. Dr. Latisha Reeves officiating. Interment will be at New Gray Cemetery immediately following the service. The service to conclude with a full dove release.
