BELL, CLARENCE OTIS - age 65, of Knoxville, went home to be with the Lord on October 1, 2013, at his residence. Clarence was a veteran of the United States Army having served in the Vietnam conflict. He was a graduate of West High School and Knoxville Business College. Preceded in death by his father, Robert Bell; mother, Thelma Buckle; step mother, Lucille Brown; brother, Donald Bell. He leaves his daughters, Rebecca Romero and husband, Logan, and Miracle Bell Goines and husband, Jesse; grandchildren, Jessie, Jesslyn, and Ashton Goines; step sister, Betty Reed; niece, Renita Reed; devoted friends, Eleanor Lawrence Bell and Jeaneane Payne. He was a wonderful man and will be sincerely missed. A graveside service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 9, 2013, at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery (John Sevier Highway) officiated by Reverend Charles Lawrence. Full military honors will be presented by the Volunteer State Veterans Honor Guard.
