HALL, JANICE HENRY - age 71, of Concord passed away to be with her Heavenly Father on January 17, after a long, courageous battle with cancer. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Janice was an avid gardener and loved flowers. Janice was a member of Virtue Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She owned school buses for many years and was the founder and first president of the Knox County Bus Owner's Association. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer Henry and Louise Long Henry; brother, Bill Henry; and nephew Brian Henry. She is survived by her faithful husband of 52 years, Ralph Hall; children and spouses, Dana and Cindy Hall of Kingston, Malecia and Mark Lively of Knoxville, Susan and Lytle Rather and Brad and Pam Hall of Knoxville; grandchildren, Caleb and Bethany Hall, Bryant and Jennie Lively, Callie, Sarah and Alexander Rather, Taylor and Abbie Hall; brother and sister-in-law Ralph and Mary Henry of Knoxville; and several nieces and nephews. A very heartfelt thank you goes to her Amedisys hospice team of Brenda, Ashley and Kellie. Special thanks also to in-home caregivers Janice Fine, Gloria Johnson, Traci Borden and Cayla Roberts who made it possible to keep Janice at home. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 19, from 5:00 to 6:45 p.m. followed by funeral services at 7:00 p.m. in the Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Allison officiating. Family and friends will gather at 2:45 on Sunday, January 20, at Virtue Cemetery for graveside services at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend Bill Middleton officiating.
