LACEY, JACKIE R., (JACK KTOWN) - age 76, of Knoxville, passed away Friday, July 11, 2014. U.S. Army veteran who served in Korea and Vietnam. He was a paratrooper with the 101st Airborne and an electronics instructor while in the Army in Hawaii and New Jersey. Preceded in death by parents, Jessee and Orilla Lacey; brother, Billy Lacey; and sisters, Ruth Lacey and Helen Pressley. Survived by wife, Norma J. Lacey; sons, Rick Lacey and wife Angela, Jason Lacey, and Jackie Lacey, Jr.; daughters, Angie and Dale Hatfield, Deborah Heinrick and husband Francis, Rebecca Smith, and Susan Davis and husband Mark; sister, Fay Satterfield and husband L.J.; grandchildren, Jordan Allen, Logan and Zoee Lacey, Makela and Chance Lacey, and Kailee Hatfield; several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. A special thank you to the Covenant Hospice nurses and special nephew, Stanley Lacey. Family and friends will meet 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at East TN Veteran Cemetery - John Sevier for a 1:30 p.m. graveside service with Rev. Bruce Martin and Rev. Kenny Lacey officiating. Military honors will be provided. Honorary pallbearers: Jordan Allen, Logan Lacey, and Chance Lacey.
