CALDWELL, ANNETTE KLUCHAR - born in Cleveland, Ohio, on June 27th, 1936, she was one of five children of John and Anna Kluchar. She is survived by Rolandher husband57 years; three children, Deborah Pecheux of Sugar Land, Texas, Mary Ann Kraut and Roland, Jr. of Venice, Florida; and seven grandchildren, Andrew, Jay, Jamie, Will, Brooks, Zach and Chase. She is also survived by a brother, Richard of Bainbridge Township, Ohio, her hometown, where she will be laid to rest near her family, with services at 4:00 p.m. on May 3rd in The Bainbridge Community United Church of Christ. A devout lifelong Christian, she most recently served on the altar guild and vestry and as a reader in the Trinity Episcopal Church of Gatlinburg, also ever cherishing members and her beloved and radiant Christ Church Episcopal in Rugby, Tennessee. During her professional career she was president, a licensed real estate broker as principal of Keys-Caldwell, Inc., a prominent property management firm she founded in Venice, Florida, before moving permanently to Tennessee. She also served on the board as a director of the Big Brothers and Sisters Sun Coast of Florida, and was twice past president of the Gatlinburg Garden Club; a member of the Smoky Mountain Historical Society; the Retired Citizens of the Smokies Hiking Club; the Gatlinburg Book Club; and is a Paul Harris honoree for perfect attendance of Rotary Clubs in both Florida and Tennessee. Atchley's of Sevierville and Stroud-Lawrence of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, are in charge, with local memorial services, planned in the future in Florida and Tennessee. In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested in Tennessee to the Gatlinburg Garden Club, Lucinda Ogle Cabin Restoration Project; in Florida to the Big Brothers Big Sisters Sun Coast of Sarasota; or in Ohio to the Bainbridge Township Historical Society.
