FAULKNER, (KEN) JOHNNY - age 78, of Knoxville, received his wings peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, October 19, 2013. He was of the Baptist faith, and veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Korean War. He was a local business owner and car dealer in Knoxville for fifty years. Preceded in death by parents, Johnny Hubert and Hazel Faulkner; and son, Jimmy Householder. He is survived by wife, Yvonne Faulkner; children, Greg Faulkner (Anne), Libbie Faulkner, Chad Faulkner (Kristi), Jerry Chadwell (Laura), Stephany Faulkner Davis, and Kelly Bohanan (Bud); fourteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Johnny Ruth Bishop, Peggy Williams, and Doris White; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 22, 2013, at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 7:30 p.m. The family and friends will meet at 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2013, at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel and travel in procession to East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery for a 1:30 p.m. interment service.
