Mary Trout Obituary
Paint Rock, TN
Mary Frances Trout, 65, of the Paint Rock community, passed away at her home surrounded by loved ones on Monday, November 21, 2016. Mary was of the Baptist faith and was very vocal about her love for, and faith in the Lord. Her favorite verse was Psalms 118:24 "This is the day the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be happy in it." Mary had the heart of a servant and worked for years in direct care industry, serving those less fortunate than herself at Ridgeview Psychiatric Hospital and Adult Community Training.
Her parents Gene and Adele Trout; brother, Burley Trout; sister, Kathryn Baker; parents-in-law, Rufus and Bertha Stair; brother-in-law, Ralph Stair and wife Bessie, preceded her in death. Mary is survived by her husband and love of her life, Rob Stair; her son, Jamie, who was true gift from God for her and Rob; grandchildren, Joe and Niala Stair; numerous nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces; and brother, Johnny Trout, of Athens. Mary also leaves behind best friend/sister Teresa Britton.
Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Friday, at Loudon Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Tommy Patterson and Rev. Stephen Melton officiating. Graveside service will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, at High Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Friday, prior to the funeral service.
