Peggy Campbell Obituary

ALBION — Peggy A. Campbell, 81, of Albion, passed away at 12:38 a.m. on Monday, February 12, 2018, in Fort Wayne.
She was born in Decatur on December 26,1936, a daughter of Walter and Theo (Bauer) Frauhiger. She spent her formative years in Wells County and graduated from Lancaster Central High School in 1954.
Peggy was married in 1983 to James D. Campbell. He preceded her in death on June 22, 2012.
She had work in various office position before retiring from Dana Corporation, Albion, in 2004.
She loved spending time with her family and her life on the lake and all her lake friends.
Peggy is survived by three daughters, Audine (James) Bucklew of Marion, Illinois, Tanya (Ron) Grandas of Jacksonville, Florida, and Cynthia (Jeffery) Richards of Auburn; a son, William (Tonya) Ruggles of Anderson; a brother, Paul (Mary Jane) Frauhiger; two sisters, Patricia (Joseph) Pee and Diana (William) Stahl; seven grandchildren, Zackary Boykin, Rachel Ray, Joe Bolen, Tyler Ruggles, Brandon Stow, Skyler Young and Diane Coak; and four great-granddaughters, Isabella, Kendra, Jenna and Maya.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Belinda Boothe-Oswald.
Visiting hours will take place at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, Churubusco, on Thursday, February 15, 2018, from 4-6 p.m. Calling also will be one hour prior to the service.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home on Friday, February 16, 2018.
Burial will follow in Christian Chapel Cemetery, Merriam.
Memorials may be directed to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana or Paul's Place.
