FORT WAYNE — Janice M. (Shultz) Pugh, 83, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2014.

Born in Waterloo, Ind., Janice attended Grace Brethren Church.
She enjoyed gardening, sewing, baking, crocheting and traveling.
Surviving are her children, Lynn (Sandy) Pugh of New Braunfels, Texas, James (Judy) Pugh of Harlan, Daniel (Debi) Pugh of Butler, and Laurie (Alvin) Miller of San Jose, Calif.; two sisters, Helen (Bob) Webster of Monroeville, and Betty Jackson of Fort Wayne; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Janice was preceded in death by her husband, John Pugh; a daughter, Nancy Pugh; a grandson, Chandler; two granddaughters, Jennifer and Misha; a great-grandson, Jason; and a brother, Harold Shultz.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at D. O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road with calling 1 hour prior.
Calling will also be from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
