AUBURN — Gloria Davis Fink, 90, a lifelong resident of Auburn, died Monday, August 4, 2014, at Parkview Hospital.

Animal lover, arts advocate, philanthropist, Cubs fan and intrepid world traveler, Gloria will be missed and lovingly remembered by her family and a multitude of friends.
She was born March 1, 1924, to C. Ray and Winona Davis.
She married Richard Fink on April 10, 1948, and he preceded her in death.
She was also preceded in death by her sister, Rosanne Lewis.
She is survived by her children, Janet (Tim) Borden of Steamboat Springs, Colo., William (Ginny) Fink of Fort Wayne, John (Tammy) Fink of Auburn, and David (Mary) Fink of Butler; her grandchildren, Christy Borden (Todd Fellows) of Steamboat Springs, Colo., Scott (Missy) Borden of Steamboat Springs, Colo., Benjamin (Kelly) Miller of Greenwood, Ind., Dr. Tessa Creager of Fort Wayne, and Dr. Sophia (Dr. Benjamin) Tritle of Cleveland, Ohio; great-grandchildren, Eloise and Miles Madsen Borden, Mya and Marcus Borden, Layla Creager, and Cooper Miller; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 4 p.m., Friday Aug. 8, 2014, at the Auburn Presbyterian Church where she was an active and lifelong member. The Rev. Lyle Ewing will officiate.
Memorials may be made to the DeKalb Humane Society or the Auburn Presbyterian Church.
