Beverly Heffelfinger Obituary

AUBURN — Beverly Ann Heffelfinger, 85, of Auburn went home to be with her Lord and Savior surrounded by her family.
She was born to James and Drexel Turner in Converse, Indiana.
Mrs. Heffelfinger was a mother and homemaker and an active member of Trinity United Methodist Church of Hicksville, Ohio, and former Sunday School teacher.
She was a member of the Hicksville High School class of 1948.
Mrs. Heffelfinger served seven times as Past Worthy Matron of Spencerville Eastern Star, Past District Deputy, Past Grand Representative, and Past Grand Page Indiana Eastern Star and she was Past Mother advisor and Past District Deputy Indiana Rainbow for Girls. She was also a member of Gideon International Women's Auxiliary.
She retired from CVS Pharmacy, was the former manager of Butler and New Haven Five and Dime, and co-owner or the Montgomery Ward store in Auburn.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years Darrell Heffelfinger; a sister, Willadean (Ray) Ross of Seattle, Washington; 10 children, Linda (Bill) Titus of Lebanon, Cheryl Haase of Ashley, Gary (Marsha) Heffelfinger of Florida, Kathy (Bill) Jacquay of Butler, Karyn Ballinger of Columbus, Ohio, Mark (Connie) Heffelfinger of Butler, Kevin (Linda) Heffelfinger of Hicksville, Sandy (Tony) Gonzalez of Corunna, Nancy (Ken)Brown of Auburn, and Keith (Lynda) Heffelfinger of Arkansas; 29 grandchildren, Brett (Courtney) Munsey, Tracey (Jeff) Christner, Jamie Munsey (Chuck), Jason Schwartz, Heather Souffel, Chad Heffelfinger, Bill (Jonnie) Jacquay, Justin (Jenn) Jacquay, Katelyn (Nathan) Daniel, Zachary (Molly) Ballinger, Cory Heffelfinger (Nikki), Cari (David) Barsantee, Jeremy (Lisa) Heffelfinger, Jill (Troy) Krider, Joshua Heffelfinger, Brooke (Phil) Recker, Drew Kelham (Katelyn), Heidi Lang, Brittany Heffelfinger, Paul (Misty) Walters, Daniel Gonzalez, Nick (Rebecca) Gonzalez, Phillip Gonzalez, Shawn (Ralph) Clifford, Kyle (Christy) Brown, Rachel Brown, Miranda Brown, Stacy(Robert) Espinosa, Kenton (Brittany) Heffelfinger; 44 great-grandchildren, Brock, Blake, Brier Munsey, Alayna, Trent Christner, Isa Levya, Ethan Schwartz, Baylea, Payton, Jillia Ice, Landon Souffel, Danin, Shanin, Josee Jacquay, Kaylin, Karson Kast, Sidney, Morgan, Emily, Carly Barantee, Chase Donley, Jack Recker, Jaxin, Braydin Rains, Emma, Jacob Heffelfinger, Kia Krider, Jada, Gavin Lang, Jordan, Allison Heffelfinger, Brynley, Easton Walters, Zach, Reba Clifford, Rylan, Savanah, Carter Gonzalez, Damion Godsey, Brielle Brown, Izabell, Robert Espenoza, Alysa, Brian Heffelfinger.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Drexel Kirk Turner; her father, James Norton Turner; stepmother, Thelma Walters Turner; a son, Denny Heffelfinger; and two grandchildren, Penny Munsey and Jeremy Munsey.
She will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, with visitation starting at 10 a.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, Hicksville, Ohio. Visitation will also be today, Thursday, from 6-8 p.m. with an Eastern Star service at 7:30 p.m., and Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., all at Smith & Brown Funeral Home, Hicksville.
Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery, Hicksville.
Memorials may be made to the church.
