Nancy Carolyn Watson, 66, died Tuesday, May 20, 2014, at Hosparus Care Center Louisville. She was born Nov. 26, 1947, in Bardstown, was a former employee of Nelson County Industries, attended Active Day Care and a member of The First Cedar Creek Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Steve Thomas and Ethel Christine Muncy Watson; a brother, Ancil Watson; and twin sisters, Rita and Freda Watson.
Survivors include two sisters, Beverly (Dave) Lewis, of Cox's Creek, Anna (Dean) Crenshaw, of Bloomfield; four brothers, Tommy (Dorothy) Watson, of Cox's Creek, Vernon Ray (Susan) Watson, Ronnie (Kathy)Watson and Ricky Watson, all of Bardstown, a sister-in-law, Linda Watson and Sandy and Michael Pritchard; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday, May 24, at The First Cedar Creek Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Brother Tim Lucas will officiate. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Friday, May 23, and 9 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 24, at Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home. Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home
