Lillian Mae Pepper, 75, Radcliff, died Sunday, July 1, 2012, at Norton-Audubon Hospital in Louisville, Ky. Survivors include her husband, Edward Leon Pepper, Radcliff; children, William Douglas Raye, Ronald Gene Raye, Saundra Louise Raye, Elden Claud Baumgardner, Pamela Ann Allen, Christina Dorothy Linda, Edward Leon Pepper, Jr., and Cynthia Noel Pepper. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Kappel Funeral Home, with burial in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff. The Rev. Mike Rodgers will officiate. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Thursday, July 5, 2012, and after 9 a.m. Friday, July 6, 2012, at Kappel Funeral Home. Kappel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
