Mary Dorothy Bard, 85, Louisville, died Friday, April 27, 2012, at Norton Audubon Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Leo and Mary Agnes Nalley Powell. Survivors include two sons, Donald Bard and Jerry Bard, both of Louisville. Mass of Christian burial was 11:30 a.m. Monday at St. Francis of Assisi Church, St. Francis, with interment in the church cemetery. The Rev. R. Joseph Hemmerle was the celebrant. Pallbearers were Jerry Bard, Donnie Bard, Roy Bard, Jamie Bard, Timmy Shibley and James Robertson. Mattingly Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
