Catherine Taylor, 86, Bardstown, died Friday May 4, 2012, at her residence. She was born Oct. 22, 1925, in Chicago, a homemaker, member of TOPS of Lebanon Junction, Bardstown Homemakers, Parkway Baptist Church, and former member of The First Cedar Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Taylor; a son, Joe Taylor; a daughter, Betty Gilpin; her parents, Alton and Edna Coyle; a brother, Joseph "Sonny" Coyle; a sister, Beatrice Story; and a great-granddaughter, Colette Taylor. Survivors include three sons, Ronald C. Taylor, Louisville, David W. (Carol) Taylor, Shepherdsville, and Cecil Dale (Robbi) Taylor, Lebanon Junction; two daughters, Cheryl L. (Daniel) Walker, Lebanon Junction, and Christy D. (Tim) Ritchie, Bardstown; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday at The First Cedar Creek Baptist Church, with burial in The First Cedar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Pastor Herman Wilkins will officiate. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Sunday and 9-10:15 a.m. Monday at Barlow Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may go to The
