89, of Huntington Beach passed away peacefully at Good Samaritan Home, Mission Viejo, CA March 16, 2013. Preceded in death by father Ben, mother Viola, brother Wallace, sister Velva, wife Patricia, and second wife Shirley. He is survived by son Thomas Taggart of Coeur D'Alene, daughter Claudia Sutton of Juneau, Alaska, daughter-in-law Cynthia, son-in-law Tom, grandchildren and their spouses Todd and Christy Semm, Lindsay and Bob Rutherford, Megan and Jim Wolfe, and Erin Cunningham. Great-grandchildren are Anya Rutherfod, Bruce Wolfe and Gus Rutherford. A viewing will be held Friday March 22 1:45 to 2:45 at Westminster Memorial Park located at 14801 Beach Blvd, Westminster, CA 92683. Graveside ceremony to follow on Saturday March 23 12:30 at Mt View Cemetery located at 570 E Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404. Donations to your local hospice or the Alzheimer's Association are greatfullly appreciated in lieu of flowers.
