I'm sorry to hear of the passing of George. He was a dear friend to my parents, Ernie and Mary Gressman and lived near them in Leisure World. We've known the family since we all attended St. Cornelius. He was a wonderful man. My prayers are with the family.

We will always remember our yearly trips to Vegas in January which, sadly, ended many years ago. George was a good friend with a wonderful sense of humor and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. God bless his wonderful family of which he was so proud.

I remember meeting George on his summer visits to Marcus -- he always seemed to have a great time when he was back. He is the same age as my father, Gerald Meylor, who still lives in Marcus. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
