BLINN, Billie Ophelia

Billie Ophelia Blinn, passed away in her sleep Monday October 22nd at her home in Coronado, California.

Billie was beloved by all who knew her and by her surviving

She moved to Coronado in 1985 where she was a hospice in-home care provider for many years providing companionship and comfort to members of many of Coronado's prominent families.

She is survived by her three sons, Robert Blinn III of Imperial Beach, David Blinn of Coronado, and James Blinn of Mt. Helix, as well as their father Robert M. Blinn of Coronado and her sister Beverly Welsh of Mt. Helix and two grand-daughters, Zoe and Jordan Blinn of Mt. Helix.
