APRIL 14, 1916 - JUNE 5, 2011 Born Afton, Oklahoma to Lewis and Mary Clementine Olsen. Predeceased by her true love, Samual Alexander; daughter, Darleane Van Tuyl; and grandson, Michael Blankenship. Survived by grandchildren, Debbi Millison, Lorri Alagha, Tammi Dukes, Sherri Egan (Blankenship) and Brian Van Tuyl. After 24 years Jackie retired from Burbank High School to pursue her hobbies in real estate and travel. She was an avid dancer and bowler and belonged to the Trieloff Travel Group which took her on many trips around the world. She was also a member of the Glendale Moose Lodge Order #641, Pearl Harbor Survivors and The Burbank Keystone Club. She spent many years serving on the Board of Directors for the Burbank Community Federal Credit Union.
