Lucille M. Thedinga

Born in Idaho Falls, ID on December 8, 1921, Lucille M. Thedinga of Monrovia passed away quietly March 25, 2014 at the age of 92.
She was preceeded in death by her beloved husband of nearly 70 years, Henry F. Thedinga, who passed away Oct. 5, 2013.
They were an inseparable and extremely loving couple who doted on each other in every aspect of their lives.
Lucille compiled long and meritorious service at Aerojet General and following her retirement was a mainstay volunteer at the Foothill Unity Center.
She also was an avid Dodgers fan and for many years attended every home game as a season ticket holder and dutifully kept her scorebook in her lap to record the exploits of her favorite players.
Lucille is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, sister-in-law Clara Jo Mazzeo and an untold number of treasured friends.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 1 at 11:00 a.m. at Turner Stevens Live Oak Memorial Park, Monrovia.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to either Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, 4650 Sunset Blvd., #29, Los Angeles, CA 90027 or Foothill Unity Center, 415 W. Chestnut, Monrovia, CA 91016.
