Lifelong Azusa resident, Robert Ramos, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, March 29 at the age of 69. He was a loving husband, dad, and papa, but most will remember him as the "coolest" bus driver for the Azusa Unified School District where he worked for over 35 years. He is survived by his devoted wife, Esther Ramos; children, Marcella Fonseca (Jay), Priscilla Ramos, Robert Ramos Jr.; and grandchildren, Mia Fonseca and Joseph Ramos-Olivas.
Services will be held on Monday, April 7, with viewing at 12:30 p.m. and church service starting at 1:00 p.m. both at Calvary Chapel Golden Springs, 22324 Golden Springs Drive, Diamond Bar. Burial with military honors will follow at Oakdale Memorial Park, 1401 S. Grand Ave., Glendora. Reception will follow the burial. Robert is loved dearly and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
