VIORELL NICK BOLOG
Viorell Nick Bolog passed February 23, 2012 in Granada Hills, California. He joins his beloved wife, Mary Ann Bolog and brother, Cornel Bolog.
Born October 24, 1928, he grew up in Sharon, PA the son of Romanian immigrants, Simion and Amean Bolog. As a Corporal in the Korean War, he was awarded the Purple Heart. In 1961 he married Mary Ann Palicia and moved to California. When she became ill with cancer, he devoted his life to her care. During his long battle with Alzheimers, he was lovingly cared for by sons, Nicky and David. Viorell is also survived by his son Sam, daughter Suzanne, and their five children, Mary Ann and Franklin Bolog, and Nigel, Ian and Liam Ward. He is remembered for his generosity, quick smile and sense of humor. Viorell was 83 years old.
