Virginia Pierson Imhof
Virginia Pierson Imhof died peacefully in her sleep on March 28, in Port Angeles, WA. In 1978, Virginia and her late
husband Fred retired to the Olympic Peninsula from Pasadena, California, where Virginia worked as a School Nurse for the Pasadena Unified School System. The family worshipped at St. James Episcopal Church, and Calvary Presbyterian Church in South Pasadena. Virginia's lifelong wellness interests kept the family camping, hiking, and backpacking; Fred and Virginia cycled from Astoria, OR to Pueblo, CO as part of the 1976 Bikecentennial.
Virginia is survived by her five children: William, Martin, Virginia Ann, M. Heidi, and Eric; four grandchildren: Joshua, Anna, Eric P. and Drew, and great-grandchild Latesha, and many nieces and nephews and their families. A celebration of her life will be held at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Port Angeles on Friday, July 5, at 1:00 p.m.
