Edward Douglas Ivey, 60, of Nashville, formerly of LaFollette, died Feb. 17.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Evelyn and Fred Ivey.
He is survived by his wife, Christy Wilkins Ivey; daughters, Leigh and Virginia Ann Ivey.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to The Ensworth School, University School of Nashville or The Tri Delta Pediatric Hematology Oncology Clinic at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt.
Marshall Donnelly Combs Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
