Dewey T. Craig

Dewey T. Craig, 85, of Clinton, formerly of Caryville, died March 21. He was a lifelong member of Caryville First Baptist Church, a 60-plus year member of the Campbell County Masonic Lodge and American Legion, a World War II U.S. Navy veteran, and was retired from the Y-12 and K-25 plants in Oak Ridge.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dock and Verlia Rutherford Craig; brother, Bill Craig; sisters, Mable Craig Wyatt and Thelma Jean Craig Lowrance.
He is survived by his wife, Carrie R. Craig; sisters, Mary L. Ford, of LaFollette, Lorene Edds, Indiana; several nieces and nephews.
Masonic and funeral services were March 23 with the Rev. T.D. Hooker officiating. Interment was March 24 at the Woodlawn Cemetery with military honors by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
