James Henry "Hank" Johnson

James Henry 'Hank' Johnson, 56, died July 14, in Lenoir City. He passed away peacefully at home, in his sleep, of a heart attack.
James was born July 20, 1955, in LaFollette. James was born to James Oliver Johnson and Florence Maxine Myers Johnson. He was brother to Margaret Johnson, Sherry Sergott, David Johnson and Ann Garner. James was married to Gwendolyne Johnson on July 14, 1975, and they were married for 37 years. He enjoyed playing the guitar for well over 40 years and was involved in several church bands. His greatest achievements were his two children and his first grandchild. James' love for music started at a very early age with the love of the musical group, The Beatles. James was involved in several bands in his 20s and 30s. He passed his love for music onto his children, primary his son James, who he passed his musical abilities on to at an early age.
James is survived by his wife of 37 years, Gwendolyne Johnson; children James Henry Johnson, Jr., Melissa Pauline Blahut; grandson, Westley Jacob Blahut. The family will be having a private memorial service.
