James Luther Brantley

James Luther Brantley, 64, of LaFollette, died Sept. 20.
He retired from US Air Force, TN National Guard and CSX Railroad. He attended and was very active at Fincastle United Methodist Church. He was vice president of LaCruizers Car Club and very active in WIA Summer Youth Club in nine counties.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Imet and Gracie Comer Brantley; brothers, Robert and Benny; sister, Helen.
He is survived by his sons, Marc and Aaron Brantley; special friend, Cammie McCallister; nieces, Melissa Coy, of Indiana, and Brittney Brantley; nephew, Benjamin Brantley.
Funeral services were Sept. 25 with Bro. Jerry Dagley and the Rev. David Gass officiating. Interment is today at 11 a.m. in Bakers Forge Cemetery with Military Honors given by Tennessee Air National Guard and Campbell County Honor Guard.
