Janie Lee Cordell Gaylor, 73, of Jacksboro, died Nov. 12. She was a member of LaFollette First Baptist Church. When she was young, she drove fast cars and, was even known to have once totaled a new car of her father's and left it in the road; only to get in the car with Floyd and drive away. She enjoyed riding the Harley with Floyd and going to the mountains in their jeep.
She was preceded in death by parents, Dennis and Violet Kidwell Cordell; brother, Kenneth Cordell.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Floyd Gaylor; daughters, Pam Moser and husband, Gary, and Teresa Russell and husband, Joey; grandchildren, Amy and Stacy Moser and Zach and Sarah Russell; great-grandchildren, Taven and Aden Moser.
The family will receive friends tonight at 6 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. with the Rev. Gary Moser officiating. Interment is tomorrow at 11 a.m. in Campbell Memorial Gardens.
