Claburn Carroll, 73, of Lake City died July 2 at Physicians Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. He was born Sept. 16, 1938 in Anderson County to the late King and Mattie Lively Carroll. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Terry Smith.
He is survived by his son, Boyd Dean Carroll and wife, Tina, of Clinton.
Visitation is July 6 at 11 a.m. at Hatmaker Funeral Home followed by funeral services at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Donnie Disney officiating. Interment followed the service at Oak Grove Cemetery in Lake City.
Hatmaker Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
