Elmer Lewis Wilson, 87, of Jacksboro, died March 15.

He was a member of First Baptist Church in Jacksboro.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in WWII as well as a 50-year member of the masonic lodge.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Loyd Wilson and Etta Baird Wilson.
He is survived by his wife, Florence McGhee Wilson; daughter and son-in-law, Peggy and David McCulley; son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Debbie Wilson; brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Mary Elizabeth Wilson; grandchildren, Lisa Gresham, Philip McCulley, Andrew and Cody Wilson; great-grandchildren, Breana and Kendyl Gresham.
Funeral services were March 18 at First Baptist Church in Jacksboro with a Masonic service with the Rev. Billy Smith officiating.
Interment is at 11 a.m. March 20 at Jacksboro Cemetery.
