Jimmie Lee Pierce, 59, of Jacksboro, died April 28. He was associated with the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses and co-owner of Rainbow Family Restaurant.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Pierce and infant brother, David Pierce.
He was a loving father, son, grandfather, and brother who enjoyed helping others and loved everyone he met. He will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of meeting him.
He is survived by his daughter, Amy Pierce of Knoxville; sons, Jeremy Pierce and wife, Carrie, of Jacksboro, Eric Pierce and wife, Alicia, of Grand Marais, Minn.; grandchildren, Jonah and Victoria; mother, Monnie Pierce; brother, Billie Joe Pierce and wife, Jenelee; sister, Betty Pierce; nephew, Michael Pierce; niece, Michelle Culler; a host of other relatives, friends and customers.
Funeral services were May 1 with Bill Blais officiating. Interment is today at 11 a.m. at Peabody Cemetery.
Cross-Smith Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
