Kelly W. Lynch, 93, of LaFollette, died Jan. 25.

He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. He enjoyed his family very much, and loved farming, telling stories and joking. He served in WWII in Europe as a member of the 'Old Hickory' 30th Infantry Division.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Roach Lynch; son, Lavoy Lynch; parents, George and Della Brummitt Lynch; brothers, Archie Lynch, Joe Lynch, Hubert Lynch and Roy Lynch; sisters, Varden Rigney, Annadean Lynch and Mary Ruth Ward.
He is survived by his daughter, Sylvia Goins and husband, John, of Knoxville; brothers, John Lynch, of Indiana, and Frank Lynch, of LaFollette; sisters, Geraldine Burton, of Jacksboro, and Rose Gibson, of California; several nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Funeral services were Jan. 27 with the Rev. Jack Goins officiating. Interment was at Sunrise Cemetery with the Campbell County Honor Guard in charge of graveside services.
Martin Wilson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
