Mabel Lavada Ridenour, 88, of White Oak, died June 1. She was a lifetime resident of White Oak and a member of the White Oak Baptist Church. She enjoyed going to Sunday school and church.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Millard Ridenour; parents, Harve and Cora King Lambdin; sisters, Martha Asher, Dorothy Burns, Margaret Christopher and Anna Ruth Combs.
She is survived by her daughters, Betty June Maiden and Verta King of White Oak; son, Stanley Robert 'Bob' Ridenour and wife, Donna, of LaFollette, formerly of Sharonville, Ohio; grandchildren, Leslie King Brunk of White Oak and Cincinnati, Ohio, Andy Maiden of Williamsburg, Ky., Charlie King III of Casper, Wyo., Steven King and wife, Kelley, of Hebron, Ky., Shelbey and Bradley King of Goshen, Ohio, Grace, Garrett and Levi King of Hebron, Ky.; sisters, Hazel Lambdin Minton and husband, J.T., Wilma Lambdin Evans; brother, William Harvey 'Bill' Lambdin and wife, Carol; a host of special nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services were June 4 with the Rev. Kevin Turner officiating. Interment was at Oddfellow Cemetery.
Cox & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
