Raymond L. Adcock, 80, of LaFollette, died Jan. 28.
He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and a member of VFW in West Carrollton, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elias Adcock and Willie White Adcock; brothers, Calvin Bus Adcock and Jim Adcock; sister, Mary Teague, sisters-in-law, Alma Jean Adcock and Emma Sue Adcock, brother-in-law, Quinton Teague.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Ella Brewer Adcock of LaFollette; daughter, Rayma Daugherty and husband, Mark, of Jacksboro; grandson, Grant Daugherty, of Jacksboro; brothers, Bill Adcock and Bob Adcock and wife, Ruby, of LaFollette; special sister-in-law, Hazel Sumner; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends.
It was his wish to be cremated. A memorial service was Jan. 30 with the Rev. Ronnie Arnold officiating.
Walters Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
