Eva Clyde Lee

LaGRANGE — The Celebration of Life Service for Miss Eva Clyde Lee will be Tuesday, October 22, 2013, at 11:00AM in the chapel of the Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home. Dr. W. T. Edmondson will officiate. Burial will be in the Southview Cemetery.

Ms. Lee, a native of Troup County, was the daughter of the late Bonnie Lee and Viola Wright Lee. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by all of her siblings. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Fannin Street. She attended Spelman College and received a BS degree from Savannah State College and Master's Degree from Columbia University. She retired in 1977 after more than 40 years as an educator in the Meriwether County and LaGrange, Troup County Systems.

She will be lovingly missed by devoted friends: Mrs. Dora Lewis, Mrs. Hattie Robinson; and her extended family: The Banks Family, The Bonds Family, The Boswell Family, The Edmondson, Family, Mrs. Josephine Tucker, and the Williams Family.
