Blake Christopher Milliken

Mr. Blake Christopher Milliken, 22, of Fort White, died as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident on August 19, 2013. A native of Inverness, Florida, Mr. Milliken had been a resident of the Fort White area for the past sixteen years having relocated from Citrus County. Mr. Milliken was employed as a roofing contractor with Perry Roofing Contractors at the time of his death. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping.
Mr. Milliken is survived by his mother, Christine Milliken; his father, Stephen Milliken and his girlfriend, Kirby Wright all of Lake City, Florida; his brothers, Brandon Milliken of North Carolina and Stephen Milliken of Lake City, Florida; his sisters, Brooke Milliken and Taylor Milliken both of Lake City, Florida and his niece, Annabel Walker of Lake City and nephew Johan Milliken of North Carolina; his grandparents, Steve & Linda Milliken of Lake City; Cinni Milliken of Gainesville; John & Rita Gibbs of Crystal River, Florida great-grand parents, Fred & Gladys Harmon of Homosassa and special aunts, Stephanie Cawley and Lindsey Milliken both of Lake City.
Memorial services for Mr. Milliken will be conducted on Sunday, September 1, 2013 at
2 p.m. in the Chapel of the Dees-Parrish Family Funeral Home with Rev. Bo Hammock officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made in his name to acct #7112 at any Peoples State Bank Location. Arrangements are under the direction of the
