Juanita (Morris) Noble

Juanita Morris Noble, 85
A former resident of Kentucky, Ohio, and Florida, Mrs. Noble died peacefully in her home in Atlanta, Georgia, on March 3, 2013, surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Noble was born on March 19th, 1927, in Bonnyman, Kentucky, to Ervin and Peggy Morris.
Mrs. Noble bravely enlisted underage in order to serve in the United States Navy in World War II as a welder and riveter, and she was honorably discharged in 1945.
In 1947, Mrs. Noble married her husband of 64 years, Charles Noble.
Mrs. Noble graduated from the College of Business in Cincinnati in a time when many women stayed at home; she was employed as a secretary for RTG and Avon Products in Cincinnati. She enjoyed her career, but
Motherhood was always her first priority, which then extended to her grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing, playing the organ, singing and making "Home" a warm, safe place for her family. Mrs. Noble taught countless Sunday school lessons and was an integral part of the Women's Missionary group at 1st Baptist Church in Starke, Florida.
She is survived by her daughter, Peggy Hilleary and her husband Jim; her son, Charles Noble Jr. and his wife Kathy; her son Daniel Noble; her daughter, Karen Napier-Hoy and her husband Clinton; nine grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, 11 siblings, and one grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Piedmont Plus in Atlanta, or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Visitation services will be held at Fischer Funeral Care Tuesday, March 5, 2013 between 11:00am and 12:00pm. Funeral services will take place at Westview Cemetery at 1:00pm Tuesday, March 5, 2013.
