He leaves to cherish precious memories: Mother, Jackie Hawkins (Clifford); a very loving and devoted companion, Tanisha Jones; children, ZeKiah and Carter; grandmother, Mary Baker; siblings, Tameka Fluellen, Anthony Webb, Janice Fant (Gregory) and Joseph Fluellen, Jr.; uncles, Harold Baker (Judy) and Carnell Baker (Edna); great aunt, Sadie Thomas; great uncle, Johnny L. Parker; devoted family members, Ervin and Joyce Williams; special friends, Carlos Johnson, Leonard Johnson, Alonse Wilkerson and Andrew Murphy; hosts of other relatives and friends.
Graveside services for Cory M. Fluellen will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 31, 2016, Garden of Rest Cemetery. Lake City, FL., Pastor Alvin J. Baker, Officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Friday, December 30, 2016, at New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. 550 NE Martin Luther King St. Lake City, FL.

My heart was so saddened when I heard that Cory had passed. I Pray that God will strengthen you and see you through this devastating loss of your baby. Words can not express the sorry and compassion that I am feeling right now knowing that you just got Cory back and was starting to enjoy your life with him in it!! Be Blessed and lean on God.
